Refunds

Any applicable refunds will be credited to your credit card on file or mailed

All requests for refund must be made in writing:

please send request for refund to pgtexas@baseballsolutions.com with name of team; event rained out; how many games played / how many rained out; address to send check

refund request must be made in writing with in 30 days of contest in order to qualify

4 game guarantee event:

• If only one or two games played - teams are eligible for refund of $100 per game not played (if a game is suspended it counts as a "game played")

• If three  games played - no refund 

• In the event that an entire tournament is canceled due to inclement weather, a full refund minus $50 administration fee will be returned upon request

• Teams that choose to forgo remaining scheduled games or drop out of tournament will not qualify for refund.
